Have watched lots of the videos on your page so popped into your Medway city estate unit and the 2 gentleman in there were so welcoming and lovely. They were very knowledgeable, didn't feel rushed and had a good old chat. Definitely will be back.
EDIT- Came back the next day at bought deez d'nuts white choc and strawberry juice and an oxva oneo and I am loving the device and flavour of the juice

My wife popped in here for a new vape pen and was assisted by 1 of the 2 ladies in the shop.she was very knowledgeable and helped loads .definitely recommend to any 1 who vape or who wants to give up smoking . They will assist as best they can and leave u to make a decision without being pressured . Not afraid to answer any questions and even assisted when we forgot to remove a plastic film on the pen .

Doing this on behalf of my wife, she's a return customer for good reason. Friendly knowledgeable staff, no quibble warranty for a product they don't stock anymore (because I believe they realised they're not up to snuff). I myself have been in a couple of times and they've been helpful and reasonably priced. Plus they do a generous rewards system for return customers. It's a cliché but if you've got any vaping needs in Rochester you can't get much better than these guys.

Friendly and professional, has a wide range of different juices and devices to suit your vaping needs. Also, that guy that works on Mondays is great, easy on the eyes too 😅

Sam, Lee and EzJay are all very friendly and very knowledgeable. The shop, albeit small, is very welcoming. They offer online ordering for delivery or collection, as well as ordering by phone for collection. They also have their own loyalty scheme which is well worth it!
